What to Wear /Bring: 

*Comfy yet cute attire (Example: Leggings, biker shorts, Tee or Cropped tee, hat-Optional) 

* Comfortable Heels and sneakers

*Water Bottle

*Small Towel (You will be sweating)   

If knee pads are needed, I will indicate that for the specific class
